3. TNSJ. Vehicle Fleet Management.

The functions of this module relate both to administrative and to managerial aspects.

The administrative functions include the bill books that work according both to dates and to vehicle mileage (e.g. road tax, insurance and instalments’ expiry dates, redemption dates from assets, M.O.T. test dates, permit renewal to enter urban areas, etc.) By monitoring mileage, the deadlines for MOTs, for changing the tyres, etc. are indicated because mileage is monitored.

As for the administrative aspects, it is just as important to register the maintenance invoices, fuel cards, etc., using the automatic calculation both of the VAT that is deductible and of the separation of deductible from non deductible sums, for business income purposes.

Regarding the managerial aspects, the most important feature pertains to the assignment of vehicles to the staff and to the dispatch of vehicles to external garages or company ones, for routine and non-routine maintenance.
