4. TNSJ. Analysis and Reporting.
This tool is very useful for analyzing business trip expenses and, therefore, allows users to rationalize them. It is easy to use, both in the report planning phase and when the interactive analysis is carried out, as in the development of reports and graphs.
A very useful function is the one that allows users to define three different levels of access: The database owner, who assigns parts of the data to several developers. They, in turn, can independently develop the reports. The developers, who can plan their reports and allow others to access all of the data (or a part of it) that said reports contain. The end user who, in relation to the authorizations that he receives, will be able to move on to the data analysis Further important features of JReport are that a certain report may have several versions and that a report on data history is made.
Some analyses that are easy to obtain are the follo-wing:
-business trip costs, according to destinations, expense items, customers and/or suppliers and orders
-the activities carried out on business trips, again according to customers, orders, ...
-the kilometres covered by each vehicle, by each vehicle category, by each user, etc.
-the travel expense documentation (invoices, receipts, undocumented expenses, etc.)
-VAT recoveries
-... .
