This module is made up of several functions that are also able to significantly reduce administrative workloads and to guarantee improved quality during checks.

It is made up of a system that selects the sources from which data may arrive: accounts and agency statements, fuel cards, etc. Both the data that the administrator will transmit and the medium with which it’ll be transmitted are selected for each source.

Therefore, the application is able to do the following:
-automatically check the account statements charged by agencies, credit card services, and by other providers, against the expenses declared by the staff, highlighting any inconsistencies.
-automatically record the expenses charged by travel agencies, etc. for staff business trips, so as to correctly calculate both the expenses ceiling and the real cost of the business trip.
