Activity Manager
is Sarce's web application designed to manage quantitative and financial estimating and tracking of the activities of a service company that operates on the basis of projects or work orders. But it is also a valid tool for all companies that want to analyse the costs of the resources used in the activities and processes of development and administration of their business, such as for example, consultancy services, research and development activities, sales and marketing activities, personnel training activities, administrative activities, quality management, maintenance management, and many others.
The application makes use of WFMS (Work Flow Management System) created by Sarce, through which it is possible to carry out all the activities which accompany work orders (client jobs and internal jobs) and the usage of the services carries out by personnel.
Example:
Preparation of an offer for a client > validation by the competent technical offices > approval by the client > release of the order to production.
Planning of department personnel activities > checking actual cost data > checking of the state of progress of the projects/jobs > request for prior approval of holidays > etc.
The production of paper records is reduced to a minimum but functions are provided for printing in accordance with the company's needs.
With Activity Manager it is possible to:
manage lists and price lists for activities and expenses to be charged to jobs, projects or clients
manage job and non-job activities
prepare offers and estimates
create work orders
plan and expense personnel activities (Time reports)
send data to the accounting system and invoicing application used by the business
process expenses incurred by staff (if the Sarce TNS module for managing Travel and expense claims is installed).
