" Within companies like ours, which develop software and provide computing services in a highly competitive market in which ever more sophisticated products are continually being developed and which presents ever more complex problems, QUALITY must be a matter of daily concern since it constitutes an essential lever for meeting the challenges which we are engaged in confronting. SARCE SpA has been carrying out its activity as a software producer and supplier of integrated computer products and services since 1977: ever since it was founded our company has always included among its primary values and objectives, customer satisfaction, the quality of its products and services and the focus on continuous improvement, confirmed and recognised by the market and by the prestigious partnerships made with the most important computing companies.
In 1996 SARCE, one of the leading software companies in Italy, obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 Certification for design, development, consultancy, marketing and support of computing solutions in the areas of management-administration and networking; in 2003, when the certification was upgraded to the 2000 edition of the international standard, the activities of delivery of Outsourcing and ASP were also certified. SARCE then identified the following goals, to the attainment of which all the company's employees, called on to make daily contributions with ideas and personal commitment, must play their part according to their individual responsibilities and skills:
Comply with current legislation and contractual obligations.
Achieve Customer satisfaction through:
- the quality of the product offered, understood as the capacity to respond satisfactorily to the client's problems and, for SARCE's software, as the timeliness of remedial action and removal of any errors: all that to win new Customers, and build the loyalty of existing customers, with the offer of solutions that are technologically secure, innovative and provide the best price-performance ratio;
- quality of services delivered, understood as a constant attention to the needs of the Customer and to the costs which they bear compared with the benefits which they obtain;
- quality of the software production processes through constant planning and monitoring of activities and the results obtained, with a continuous comparison with similar products from other manufacturers and with the most effective and innovative technologies.
Ensure the satisfaction and motivation of the co-workers through a company philosophy which aims to maintain a dynamic organisational structure that gives responsibility to all the personnel, involving and motivating them, thus encouraging their professional growth.
Ensure that periodically defined business and financial objectives are attained.
Create a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure and support the constant evolution of the “Quality System”, increasingly integrating it with the “Company System”, to enable it to respond to changes in both internal and external conditions. Commitment to the maintenance and implementation of the ISO 9001 certification.
Adopt the methodologies and activities of the Quality System defined in the “Quality Manual” and in all related documentation.
Ensure the best infrastructure and measures for security/privacy necessary to be able always to guarantee the safeguarding and management of the proprietary information of those companies which have chosen us as an outsourcer. The implementation of this quality policy, which is a fundamental tool in pursuing the attainment of the objectives defined for all parties concerned, is:
- a daily obligation for all personnel; - supported financially by the Company by making available the technical and financial means along with the necessary human resources. - reviewed periodically by Management; - subjected in a transparent manner to verification by Clients; - monitored in an objective manner by an independent Certifying Body.
